Extensive Ordering Features – Table Map

Keeping your patrons happy is the first priority when managing your Restaurant. You need a POS System that can help you monitor the status of each table, so you can check how long your guests have been seated, when they ordered and who is serving them. Our system has been developed over the years to include many features to help restaurant owners manage their daily operations.

Reservations

The Reservations module is used in conjunction with the Restaurant module to enable you to take bookings to a table days, weeks, months and years in advance and have them recorded in your system. Reservations can be created on multiple Table Maps and in different areas or sections within those. Customers added to the Reservations will also be added into the your database, keeping their records when they return each time.

Handheld Ordering

Handheld enables you to take an order at a Table with the order printed automatically to a Kitchen or Bar Printer. The order is then saved to the corresponding table.

Kitchen/Bar Monitor

Kitchen Monitor is a highly configurable display ordering software, which can be used in Quick Service, Café, Drive Thru and Restaurant environments. Takeaway orders can show the customer’s name or phone number and the Table Orders can be displayed in a different colour to a take away order, and you can set a visual alert colour to easily identify which orders are taking too long to prepare! The main benefit of a kitchen monitor system over kitchen printers is the ability to summarize all the orders together. This helps the chef to quickly total similar items without having to read through all the individual orders. Multiple monitors can be networked together in a Master/Slave configuration with the ability to delete orders from the Master Monitor for all monitors, or delete orders individually from each monitor.

EFTPOS

We support several two-way interfaces to EFTPOS Terminals in Australia. By connecting your EFTPOS to your Point of Sale System, you help eliminate operator error by sending the sale and cash out amount to the EFTPOS terminal. The EFTPOS terminal will connect to the bank and upon approval will return an approval response so that the operator is able to finalise the sale.

Schedule Reports

Schedules Module allow you to set up specific reports that can then be printed or emailed at set times and recurrences. You can create as many schedules as required, each with their own schedule settings. Any report that can be printed and can be added to the schedule reports feature. When selecting a report, you can choose any of the sorting and grouping options that are stored and used when the schedule is run. Other configuration options can be set including the run time interval, email address and email message. Multiple reports can be attached to a single email schedule.

Alerts

Allow you to be notified by email when different types of transactions are triggered. Some of the functions that you are able to use are: No Sales, Void Entire Sales, Voids, Stock Items and Customers. You are able to setup conditions for each different alert you want to create.
